Warmth and style-a great combination! The warmest, lightest boots I have ever had. They do run small, I ordered a half size larger than my shoe size and they fit great! They do feel a little tight on the sides of your foot at first but I inserted my fist inside each boot and pushed on the sides of each boot and it opened them up enough that they feel great! I love them!!

These were my first online purchase, and my first NEW purchase of footwear in long time - especially for anything over $50. It was a big moment for me, but I splurged because I fell in love with snowshoeing and figured it was something I'd stick with, and these were one of the recommendations. These boots are incredible. Light. Warm. Fit perfectly with or without multiple socks. I don't even feel like I have them on. I've gone for several day-long hikes in the snow with or without my Yak-Trax, and of course with snowshoes (including snow camping!). My feet never got cold, and my feet never got blisters or became sore after a full day of trekking in these things. I got very lucky - and will wear these until the day they fall apart!

I was excited to receive these boots, and out of the box they were lovely. However, I have a wide foot and on top of that from what I read from the reviews, I made the mistake of not ordering them a size bigger. These boots were a pain to get on, and just as difficult to take off. The tongue of the boot is sewn into the side of the boot so it doesn't come out much farther than how it looks already in the picture. The heel of the boot is also very stiff and rigid, which also caused problems for slipping my foot in a little more easily. These might be the right boot for someone else, but for me they felt heavy, stiff, and not at all what I was looking for. Sent them back for a refund.
