Amazon.com Product Review

Enjoy time spent playing in the snow with help from this Powder Down by Columbia Sportswear. Made of warmly insulated fabric with a generous shaft for easy entry, the color-blocked boot lets you express your sense of youthful style in a fun--yet fashion-conscious--way. We love the rounded toe that accommodates thick winter socks, the subtle stitching that lends a sense of polish and especially the thick rubber treads that let you navigate icy patches with confidence.

These boots are not warm down to -25 degrees as the description states. With thick socks, these are good down to about -5. They are pretty resistant against snow, but if I'm outside in it for more than about an hour, I find moisture starts to leak through the toe area a bit. The top of the boot is kind of wide, so if it's snowing hard, snow can fall straight into the boot. Keep in mind I live in an extreme climate, however. On "warmer" winter days, or in climates where temperatures don't dip much below 0, these are good boots. Very comfortable and good traction.
