I have never ordered shoes off the internet before, so this was a first for me. I also have never worn Columbia shoes before...so it was a risk. Something felt right about these boots, and I am SO GLAD I took the chance! These boots are absolutely amazing. I have had surgery on both my ankles, and I have to be choosy when it comes to shoes and comfort. I slipped my feet into these babies and I instantly had no pain, and my ankle was fully supported on both feet. I was and still am SO thrilled that I went with my gut on these...they were definately worth the price, and I WILL be buying these again!

I've always loved the way the Columbia hiking boots fit. I was excited to get them but it was short lived when I tried them on. It was very narrow and way to snug for my feet. They are true to size but unfortunately not wide enough.

Amazon was having a sale on these boots and I got them for about 27 dollars. Totally worth the price. They seem to run true to size. I am somewhere between a 10.5 and a 11 and they fit like a 10.5 (with maybe a little extra room for thick socks). If you aren't sure of what size to get, go up half a size and wear thicker socks. I haven't put the waterproof-ness to the test but they kept my feet warm when I was on a recent ski trip and their treads are nice for keeping traction in the snow.

Good value overall and the colors are nice and muted and coordinate with other Columbia gear.
