Coach Women's Pearl Signature Rain Boots

I was so excited to order these boots little did I know how horrible they would be when i received them! First off I'm about 99% sure they are fake, Secondly the rubber part of the boots as you can see in the picture are supposed to be shiny and beautifully polished the boots I received had scuffs and a gray film over it making them look dull dirty and used. I tried wiping them off but they looked the same. I'm sending them back immediately!
