Clarks Women's Diamond Exchange Boot

These boots seemed like costume boots or boots for older women....well they are great looking and comfortable to an extreme still elegant though and the fact that the lacing can adjust the shaft of the boot makes my day !!! I have wide calfs (very wide because of legs problems) so I can never zipp the boots I buy but these ones have both a zipper and the lace up that helps me so !!!! More brands should consider that when making boots for people like me with imperfections....LOVE them and wearing them proudly.

I purchased this boot in brown at a Clark store and loved the fit and fine leather of the boot. However, when I purchased from Amazon (same size, but in black), the size of the boot was weird. The heel seemed to be too inset for the back of the boot, so I always felt as though my foot was hanging off the boot heel. Also, the boot felt a little tighter than my brown ones. Overall, its a nice boot, however be careful with the sizing.

Somehow, the original shipment of these boots went astray. Thankfully, Amazon staff addressed this problem and I had my boots just two days after the original shipment was supposed to arrive!

The boots themselves are very timeless and elegant. I don't usually wear heels, so I was a bit concerned about the heel height. However, Clarks have definitely made a comfortable pair of heeled boots! They fit great, the front part of the boot has a nice sticky sole (for those winter streets), and my feet don't know they're in heels! They look great with my long skirts, and I'm sure they'd work well with pants or shorter length skirts. Really an all-day pair of boots.

I think I need the boot in brown now...
