These boots are perfect for the 70s chic trend this year. I plan to pair these with a midi skirt and big chunky cape-style sweater for work. With the tapered off heel, I think these keep in line with the 70s trend but add a more modern twist to give an updated look.
The (cognac) leather is beautiful and the shaft does not slouch during wear. Also, even though these have a higher heel (I have some even higher than these), they are quite comfortable and I have no issue with getting my foot in and out of these. These boots do not have a zipper, so that is a plus. Also, I was very happy with where these boots "hit" on my leg - about halfway up my kneecap. As a tall girl (5'11"), this was a huge win! And they fit perfectly around my average-sized calves (not too big, though not tight at all).
I love these - definitely worth the $, especially if you can get them during a sale event.

These boots are so comfortable. I bought them to match a cognac leather jacket and they match perfectly! I highly recommend these for any boot lovers. I love them and have gotten so many compliments on them!
