Great boots! Although there is little arch support, the minimal heel makes them very comfortable with zero break in time. The calf size is perfect and unfolded, the cuffs cover my knees. After a couple wearings, the leather gets very flexible and they become even more comfortable. The only concern I have is the patent leather finish will peel. While in the retail store (where I bought them) the pair I tried on was peeling at the tip of one of the toes. My salesperson was actually wearing them and assured me that was not the norm and she had been wearing them nonstop without any incidents. I am really glad I took the plunge and have even been wearing them in the recent rains we have been having. Get the matching purse - it's the perfect clutch!!!
