I wear a 10.25 and ordered an 11. They are so poorly made I couldn't get them on. My roommate who wears a 7.5 couldn't either. The zipper only goes down about 4-5". The design is flawed. I'm returning them ASAP. I'm very disappointed.

The boots are cute. They stick out at the top, so are not easy to wear with a dress or a skirt because of that. Quality is ok, but the leather seems somewhat flimsy - everything that touches the boot leaves a scratch mark.
Another odd thing about these boots: there is an extremely strong chemical smell exuding from the boots. So strong that it has not dissipated at all; and in fact it's hard to be in an enclosed area (the car) with these boots. It makes my throat ache.

When I received this boot I absolutely loved it. That is until I tried to put it on. I couldn't even get my foot into the footbed of the boot. The ankle construction is so hard you cannot even get your foot past that to see how they fit. I ended up returning these.
