Very unique design. They could be great boots, except one portion of the boot is made of a material that is not leather or shearling. It is so cheap and fragile that my fingers perforated the upper part of the boot on the inside of the calf. I have owned several pairs of cheap boots but never any that have torn before I ever put them on. Do not waste your money you will regret purchasing these boots no matter what you pay for them.

Nice boots overall. the suede/ shearling is thin, and could be mistaken as cheap, but i think that with care when putting on and taking off the boots would hold up well. On the down side the boots run very narrow. The leather may stretch after time. These are cosmetic boots, not riding/barn boots, as the leather of the shaft is very soft and does not look like it will withstand damage.
