Bordello by Pleaser Women's Flora-1023 Boot

I recieved these as a gift last Christmas. I thought that they'd be good for occasional costume use when I didn't need to stand for long periods of time, but I was wrong. I was able to wear these boots for several hours first time out! The "buttons" are actually snaps, the one's toward the ankle can be a bit tricky to get closed, but once fastened don't come undone. All in all I'm very happy with these shoes!

I bought the Red/Black Bordello Flora boots Bordello by Pleaser Women's Flora-1023 Boot to wear with a steampunk costume for a themed Halloween Party. I normally wear a 7.5 but the 8s were perfect (with stockings and thin socks). They looked fabulous and were very comfortable, even after 5-6 hours. I would definitely purchase more from Bordello boots in the future!

The shoes are very comfortable, but the workmanship is very poor. Where the black meets the red on the top portion of the shoe does not meet together. You can see and feel where the pattern should have stopped at the red but it contines underneath and looks bad. Normally I would have returned the shoes but I needed a red and black shoe for an event and did not have time to get another pair. I would not recommend these shoe at all unless the workmanship improves. I wish the company would have checked them before sending them out.
