Who says you can't be sexy in the winter. With Chicago and its oh so very cold, and crazy winters you have to find the appropriate footwear; and that doesn't always mean looking good while you trod these busy city streets. The Fatima boot has that comfort that you want, the warmth that you need, and the style that you crave. I baught this boot in black to replace an Ugg 'reject' I have, and I must say I'm extremely satisfied with my choice. The boot has a soft leather, which means it won't dry rot overtime. It also runs a bit large which is convenient for wearing thick socks as I like to do. I think it has good arch support, but what would I know? I have flat feet. It looks good with jeans, skirts, even dresses (not talking about cocktail or after five so stop scratching your head). It's a little pricey, but I'm sure you'll have this boot for a long time so think of it as an investment. I highly recommend if it doesn't break you buy it!

These boots are incredible. They are very, very stylish and equally comfortable and warm. They're like sexy UGG boots! I live in San Diego, but bought them for a trip to my home state of VT in early December 2011. While it didn't snow while I was there, it was below freezing at night. I wore these boots with just a thin trouser sock and my feet were toasty warm. I plan to wear them this weekend up in the high desert here in San Diego county, where there *is* snow, ironically. I'll report back if I have any problems, otherwise you can assume they were great there too. I also plan to wear them up in the mountains here on a snowboarding trip in March 2012. I did wear them here in San Diego this past month when it was unseasonably cold and raining, and they *are* waterproof (still can't believe that).
