It stated they were new boots and nothing about a defective boot.They looked like they were used.Had none of the normal packing material.When I contacted the seller.They stated that they put a note in the box that thet were defective.Very poor business practice.

I ordered these boots and loved them. They were the color advertised and a perfect fit. They are so comfortable to wear and look great. Have had many wonderful compliments on them and would order from Amazon again and again. The service was perfect and the boots arrived when promised. Amazon, you are the BEST.
