I did not buy these boots on amazon, but found them in a store and hence paid over $70 for them (much more than they are currently priced here). I bought them less than 3 months ago and have worn them relatively regularly, on average 3 days a week to work. My work does not involve walking, I drive there and drive back, I sit at a computer desk most of the day and since this is the only place I have worn these boots they obviously have not had any hard wear. However, they scuff extremely easily, from just touching the uppers off furniture, floor, and already the stitching has broken in more than one place.
The lady who sold me said boots was wearing them and told me she wore her pair to work in the shoe store everyday. Her boots were not scuffed or damaged in any way so either 1) I bought a bad pair 2) I am more hard on shoes than the regular person (this has not been my experience with any other shoes or boots I have ever owned) or 3) she had just bought those boots herself...Read more
