I completely disagree with the other reviewed. These boots are well-made and beautiful. Also, the pair I purchased looks mahogany to me, which is a nice change from standard brown and black boots. I guess you could say the leather is thin, but its of good quality, soft and flexible, and I like the thinner leather because its lighter and gives the option of folding the top of the boot down for a different look - I'm 5'5" and the boots come just above my knee. I usually wear a size 6 in Area Forte boots, but these fit better in a 6.5. With the current 30% off promotion I think these boots are a steal!

I LOOOOOOVE these boots. I am so glad I ordered them. They are true to size. I wear a 7.5 (37.5) and they fit perfit. I didn't have to get a smaller or larger size. The calf size is approximately 15". They are exactly as described. I am able to wear my skinny jeans with them. The leather is great and i love the detail on the back of the boot. These boots are a must buy.

Bought these boots and was sooo excited to get them! the speedy, free shipping was unfortunately the last positive experience I had with them. They run super small!!! the foot is too small and the calf is too tight. I am a 7 1/2 and ordered an 8 to be sure but they are way too tight!
I planned on being able to wear pants under them, but I can barely stand how tight they are without even socks on!

Also the leather is so thin and cheap that I thought for a minute it was pleather.
Too bad, I am returning them!

But,I really liked the style.
