I ordered these boots in the brown leather and they were exactly as in the picture. The craftsmanship is outstanding. These are boots that will last a life time with proper care. I normally wear a size 9, but ordered these in a 9.5 as the reviews stated they run narrow. They indeed do run narrow and the .5 size up did not compensate for it. Unfortunately I had to return them.

Ordered this awesome boot in a 9.5 and the length is true to size. The boot looks awesome just as pictures no issue there either. Unfortunately the height of the shoe is not actually over the knee, it hits literally on the kneecap and is incredibly uncomfortable to walk in. Also, the boot circumference is so small that there is no give in order to allow the shoe to slide over the knee when walking which would have made up for the height. I had to roll the tops down which made it a knee high boot and that is not what I wanted or paid for. You cant wear jeans tucked in these shoes unless you have tiny calves. Please measure yourself, I will from now on and read how big the shoe is. Returns take forever and that is money tied up you could be spending on another pair that fits!
