After stalking these boots for about a year I brought them home. I am usually a size 8 in shoes but I have bunions which make everything a bit too tight. I ordered the 8.5 in Zinc and they are outstanding. I agree with the reviewer that they have a plummy tone in them. They work really well with blacks or browns and when paired with a red hue they go pinkish purple (not tacky, just really rich and versatile).

I am 5'8" and they hit right at my knee.

Absolutely Love these boots! I'm 5'5 and they come just above my knee the perfect height.
I got the brown ones, they aren't at all that shiny looking leather, they are actually kind of opaque, very soft grayish brown, they smell amazing, and are incredibly comfortable, fit true size I'm a 7.5 and that's what I got. I live in Miami and have been waiting since the winter to buy a pair at a good price, these are totally worth every penny and I can't wait 'til the winter to wear them!

Italian leather shoes/boots are the best! These boots are so soft, yet very durable and has a lot of style to say the least (they turn a lot of heads when I wear them). I have a second pair in Tobacco color. And both are awesome - right size/comfort! The shipment was extremely fast and the boots arrived spot free. There is also a cloth storage bag to keep/protect the boots when storing them in your closet (this is typical for Italian leather goods - always geared towards protecting good quality products).
