I bought these for my sister. We wear the same size and I tried them on too. These boots are very cute and tall. I like that they come all the way up to your knee. The bottom is solid rubber and seems like it would do great in wet weather. The upper part is a nylon material that seems great to block the wind. They are a little narrow, so I would not recommend them for wide feet. They seem a little stiff when walking, like rubber rain boots. All in all my sister is very pleased with them and is happy for the purchase. They seem like they will be really warm.
