Run tight for a medium. I love this shoe style, and have a different pair of this brand, and found them to be exceptionally comfortable. This bootie is tight, but I can still wear them, so will keep them.

They seem to be very comfortable but my feet hurted after a little while. I think they are not soft enough. On the other hand, they look nice and match very well different cloth styles.
