These shoes are beautiful but made like crap! I am a mom who hardly ever gets out of her flip flops so it's not like I was looking for a lot. The second time I wore them something snapped inside and every time I walk it makes this super loud cracking sound. Nothing is broken on the shoe but it makes this horrible sound to the point that there is no way I can wear them! So disappointing! Not that it should matter at all but I am 125 pounds so it's not like there was a crazy amount of pressure being put on the shoe. Total junk!

I purchased these shoes/boots recently. I had seen them in a local store, but they didn't have them in my size. I found them online and purchased them. They are a beautiful gray color. The finish of the shoe/boot is is very soft and a bit distressed looking. I have worn them maybe five times. They are starting to peel - meaning the gray coat of whatever is coming off. Seems to occur in the stress areas of the shoe/boot and for me this is on the bunion section. I haven't rubbed against anything. The times I've worn them have been short evening events. No more than two or three hours at a time. I'm going to try and contact Aerosoles to see what they can do about a refund. They are comfortable and very cute, just wish they'd hold up. With the purchase price and shipping, I've spent about $100 on these and can't believe they are starting to look trashy. I hope Aerosoles will do something to make this right.

These are the absolute most comfortable dress shoes for women. The heel is perfect, they look smooth, and the new version is even better! The old style had zippers which would catch on my pant bottoms, but these are elastic which from the outside look like leather. I had my old ones for a couple of years and wore them all the time. Love them!
