I ordered a size 12 stiletto boot. Typically I wear a size 10 but I know boots can be cut narrow. There is no way this was a size 12 boot. I was offered to return the boots but being thigh high boots, my own shipping costs would have also been huge. I was also pretty mad that the response I got indicated that they were sorry the boots weren't what I expected. They look like they may fit a child's size six foot. This is not a matter of me misjudging my size. Let's just say I had to make the best of vday after talking up this big surprise. What a let down!
